It was raining when you came to my house. The cold weather outside made you were shivering. The rain was pouring since this early morning made this small town wet and the streets were deserted. I stared at your pale face through the window. After the stupid argue happened between us couple days ago, there was an awkward feeling in the deepest of my heart to face you again. But, right now you were here, came to my house for an apology. Even though I didn't sure, actually whether you or I who started this foolishness. It might be me, myself who was totally wrong.
I opened the door slowly. You looked at me longer. Your blank gaze collapsed my annoyance quickly. I stood still. Both you and I were hesitating to make any chat. I was silent while at the same time I had so many questions in my mind I would ask you. Oh My Gosh. What embarrassing !!! We were only inches apart. Then finally, I got what I wanted. Your smile.

"I miss you, Zie. I miss you like crazy." You gripped my hands and looked at me deeply.
" Do you feel the same as mine?"
I closed my eyes and felt the warmth through your hands. There was a comfort here, in your holding hands and I do thanked that you didn't give up on me. Then I nodded surely.
The rain didn't stop yet. It seemed God was being merciful. He poured out his grace throughout this day. Roses, Jasmines, orchids and some flowers out there looked like smiling faces because of rain. The air was really relaxing. The smell of rain was very pleasant. I opened my eyes and found you were looking at my face and smiling. I figured out happiness there, on your happy face. You exhaled and let my hands off. You dug out something from your trousers pocket, a small box of my favorite chocolate brand that I like most.
"It was my mistake, Zie. It taught me a lesson. Being apart from you makes me realize that I really need you to be my side not only as a best friend, partner, and supporter in my life but also as my wife. I do want you to be my destiny."
" Zievara Madina, will you marry me?"
The chocolate box stayed still in your hands. I remained stand and quiet. My breath stopped suddenly by no reason. Your proposal surprised me very extremely.
"Lets grow old together, Zie. Will you marry me???" You demanded.
I took time. I took a deep breath. I took up chocolate box from your hands slowly. Then,,,,
"Yes, I will."
"I will grow old together with you, Dewa Riu." I declared it certainly.
That was destiny. It was like harmony when it was compatible with what we expected. But, I was like bitterness or even disappointment when it wasn't in line with our expectation. I saw brightness trough you eyes and a big smile rose from your face. I had known you since I was a tiny girl. You were my hero in any aspects. Even sometimes you were my enemy.
I took box's cover off. The glowing ring was there.
